Games/School/PastLife and 2 guys in my head

hmm something incredible happend in my City couple months ago. The post secondary education will be paid for graduating students of our public schools by unknown Benifactor. I am pretty sure this was on national news as well. Basicly, the kids supose to go to publick schools from something like 3rd grade to receive full coverage. the % paid decreases as the ammount you spent in the publick school decreases. ~40% is paid for if the kid started in 9th grade. Schools reported numerous phonecalls for enrolling. It is very good for current High school students, however I believe there is no guarantee for the students who just started school. And i been through HS in this system and there is no way that they system can support much more people.
Also it very bothers me that it is from "a benifacor that did not wanted to be disclosed", sounds very questionable to me. Wouldnt you want to be known if you doing something that good?
