Games/School/PastLife and 2 guys in my head

This morning, after having a bowl of quaker oats and a cup of hot chocolate, I went to our public kitchen to wash the dishes. Since kitchen is located inside the main common room, I could hear the news, that been watched by the janitor. It was CNN morning news, they were talking about a hurricane heading for Japan. Since I will be going there in a few months, I became interested. Now, since I wasn't concentrating too much on it, the following part is a bit hazy. But the "weather men" asked what was in Okinawa and said "American air base, that what." So, they zoomed in on the base, pointed to several planes which "they were scrambling to escape possible 140 mph winds." That's it, nothing about Japan or how they would deal it, not a worry in the world about their well being. Not even caring about possible tourists with American citizenship in the country.
Overall, their story completely ignored Japan and people there, except for the small airbase. And even then, the emphasis was on the planes.

Digg.com along with Fotki.com are now officially my two favorite websites of all times.
Digg is incredible for not just allowing users to rate the news, but for having and incredible member size. With so many members browsing the deepest reaches of the NET, one can find pretty much any news from around the world. Digg.com far surpases any american news website (i.e: cnn.com, msn news and such).
Fotki, just as digg, has a huge member base. Hence, with some many users it quiete possibly contains photos of every locale from around the world. I am very interested in Japan and searching for it on Fotki presented with with over five tousand images. In a side note, i believe Fotki is a Russian run website, and Fotki in russian means photos.

Well, i finished my freshmen year with only a single B. A week after moving out I went back to work in the Chemical lab. This summer I am working on creating Gold Nano particles, which is easy. The hard part is attching a phenol group and a quatom dot that i worked with the summer before.
It has only been a month of research so far, so i have not achieved anything significant at the moment. I was able to combine Gold and phenol, tho i still need to work out the details.
I am also taking a Calculus 3 class. The teacher is from China, but i really like her. For best or worse she is into problems with "easy numbers". Due to that class is pretty easy. The 2 tests we had in 4 weeks take maybe 25 minutes to do and the rest of the class i check over them.
What is frustrating me more and more every day is that my memory seems to be getting pretty bad. I might look something up and not remember it less than a minute later :(. Makes me a very sad person. I am considering getting a blood test to determine the ammount of Lead (Pb) in my body (have my reasons being a Russian :) ).

I have not posted in a while. Damn >_<. Well, I just got done with the finals of my freshmen year at college. I am taking a week off video gaming and just relaxing before going to work at another college doing chemical research next monday (19th). And then a week after my Calc 3 class is going to start at the same college as my work.

I listen to practically any kind of music, but enjoy trance/techno/dance the most. Upon countless hours of searches online :), I found this very interesting website. It allows the start up musicians and not only to post their music and be free to download. It is very easy to search, play, and download. If you love music and love to experiment I strongly recommend this website.

I love techno and dance music. And i have so many, essentially random, techno love songs. IN every of these songs the girls sing about their love to guys and so on. I never had a girlfriend, i am too Russian for American girls. Anyway, so every so often while coming upon one of these songs i feel pretty lonely and wish somewhere, someday a girl or a women would sing something like that for me :)

Poverty is so frustrating
For me to fully comprehend.

And watches how I mourn in bed.

Well, it makes me very very sad when I see people in need. I want to help them, yet I am just a college student, with no knowledge of how or what can I do to help. The poem above is by me, just now, hope it is any good since I rarely write poems
